According to the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China, the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Online Transactions, and other relevant laws and regulations, online trading businesses engaging in business activities shall follow the principles of voluntariness, equality, fairness, and good faith and abide by laws, regulations, and business ethics for the purposes of regulating online transactions, maintaining the order of online transactions, protecting the lawful rights and interests of all parties to online transactions, and promoting the sustainable and sound development of the digital economy. They shall not defraud or mislead consumers by conducting false advertising or fabricating transactions, traffic data, or interactions. ipipk.com (also referred to as the platform) has the obligation to advocate industry self-regulation, guide and regulate sellers to behave in accordance with the laws and regulations, and maintain the market order to ensure fair competition. ipipk.com is committed to building a widely participated, coordinated, regulated, and orderly online transaction market governance system. The Rules are formulated in accordance with Article 38 "Fraud" of the ipipk.com General Provisions.

Ⅱ. Definition of Store Data Fraud

Store data fraud refers to menbers' fraudulent behaviors of fabricating traffic data such as clicks and followers or interactive transaction data such as inquiries, orders, and reviews to increase their traffic share or to seek incentives from the platform, resulting in misinterpretation of products and services by consumer and market chaos.

Ⅲ. Types of Store Data Fraud

1. False interactive transactions:

Refer to members' fraudulent behaviors of manipulating their own or others' accounts, employing a third-party click farm, or reaching an agreement with others to inflate interaction data such as product clicks, inquiries, orders, and reviews for the purpose of gaining higher exposure and traffic share.

2. False popularity:

Refers to members' fraudulent behaviors of obtaining false popularity data such as the number of audience and followers for inflating the popularity of their live channels, boosting the popularity or ranking of their live channels, and misleading consumers to gain higher exposure and traffic share.

3. Other traffic frauds:

Refer to other fraudulent behaviors of using illegitimate transactions or marketing to obtain improper benefits such as false transactions, traffic share, and platform incentives.

Ⅳ. Penalties and Steps

1. For members who commit such fraud, the platform will clear their false data and delist or delete their false products in accordance with relevant rules. Depending on the severity, ipipk.com reserves the right to take measures such as restricting the rights and interests of the store, preventing the seller from participating in marketing activities, issuing warnings, imposing penalty points on the store, and closing accounts.

2. Penalty steps

(1) ipipk.com identifies data fraud and members’ accounts involved through website inspection, customer complaints, etc.;

(2) The platform imposes penalties on buyers involved in data fraud such as restricting account features and closing accounts.

(3) The platform eliminate abnormal data identified in website models.

(4) For sellers or products involved in serious data fraud, the platform will notify the seller of specific information and penalties through email or other means, and cancel the corresponding rights and interests of the seller for the time being.

V. Miscellaneous

1. ipipk has the right to revise these rules from time to time according to the amendment to the laws and regulations, the change in the operation environment, and other factors, and the revised rules will take effect after the expiration of the publicity period.

2. These rules are an integral part of the rules issued by ipipk.com. In case the content of these rules is inconsistent with relevant content in other rules issued by ipipk.com, these rules shall prevail. Matters not covered herein the Rules shall be subject to other rules issued by ipipk.com.
