The button graphic cutter is a great tool for both professional and occasional users. With this all metal machine, you can cut button graphic easily. The machine is designed with hardened steel cutting die, die-cast steel base and long arm of force power-saving design handle, which can help you cut out more easily than other cutters.
1) For Germany customers , if u want to ship by FedEx or TNT , please tell us your EORI number. Without them, we can only by DHL, Hong Kong post or China Post !
For Russian customers, please tell us your full name (at least 3 words) , including first name, middle name and last name, otherwise Russian Post will not releases the parcel and return to China !
For Brazilian customers, if you want to ship by FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS, please tell me your tax number ( CPF or CNPJ ). Without it, customs will return goods to China .
2) Worldwide shipping (Except some remote countries); Buyer is responsible for Remote Area Surcharge, any Customs duty or Import tax if came out.
3) Orders processed timely after the payment verification.
4) We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address MUST MATCH your Shipping address.
5) Service transit time is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit time may vary delay, particularly during the holiday season.
6) If you have not received your order after 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will trace your order and get back to you asap. Our goal is customer satisfaction!
1) You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date received. If the item is in your possession more than 7 days, it will be considered used and we will not refund to you.
2) All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you must provide us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your order ID.
3) We will refund your full payment upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included, after buyer and Seller cancel the transaction from aliexpress. OR, you may choose to have a replacement.
4) We will bear all the shipping cost if the product(s) is (are) not as advertised.
