SF2-Is there a tool for replacing band and how do you pack?
Yes, we will send a screwdriver for each order. The package also come with a light weight sight focus felt case for holding strap, prevent them from scratching and shock, so the package will be in good condition all the way when you open the parcel. In addition, you can hold the strap in pockets for travel or whenever you want to change the bands. Moreover, the case can perform as a purse to hold small things like keys.
SF3-Are the straps the same as on the website?
Please note that since this is a natural skin, no two watch straps are alike and will differ greatly from the photo.If it was PU, then the pattern and grain will be the same. We only sell natural skin, so no two watch straps are alike and will differ greatly from the photo.
Note_Because the strap was shaped during production processes, the new strap might be stiff. Fold it several times or use it for a few days,the strap will be soft and comfortable to wear.
